General terms and conditions of sale
1. Subject
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") govern the purchase of products made remotely, via the Internet, from the website setaclub.it (hereinafter, the "Website").
1.2. The owner of the Website is Setaclub - GLUGLUGLU SRL (hereinafter, "Setaclub"), with registered office at Via Garibaldi 55, 22100 – Como, Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. IT03921920132.
2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
2.1. All purchases of products made through the Website (hereinafter, "Purchase Contracts") by users accessing it (hereinafter, "Customers") are governed by these General Conditions, as well as by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), Section II on distance contracts (Articles 50–67), and Italian regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003).
2.2. By completing a Purchase Contract according to the established procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Conditions.
2.3. The Customer is therefore required to carefully read these General Conditions before making any purchase, as Setaclub makes them available to allow reproduction and storage in compliance with Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
2.4. The Customer must be a natural person of legal age. By placing an order with Setaclub through the website www.setaclub.it, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age (18 years) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2.5. The Customer is prohibited from entering false, invented, or fictitious names during the online ordering process or any subsequent communications. Setaclub reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.
2.6. Setaclub may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions. Each Purchase Contract will be subject to the General Conditions published on the Website at the time the Customer submits the order.
3. Products
3.1. The website setaclub.it is an e-commerce site selling wooden moldings under the exclusive Setaclub brand (hereinafter, the "Products").
3.2. All Products offered are thoroughly described on the Website, within their respective sections and product categories.
3.3. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, is for illustrative purposes only and generally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves. It serves only to present them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment by Setaclub regarding the exact correspondence between the image shown on the Website and the actual Product, particularly concerning size and/or color and/or packaging.
3.4. In case of discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the product description shall prevail.
4. Purchase procedure
4.1. The Customer may purchase Products listed in Setaclub’s electronic catalog, as described in the relevant product information sheets, by following the technical procedures detailed on the Website.
4.2. To purchase Products, the Customer must register on the Website by entering personal information as requested during registration and must complete and submit the electronic order form to Setaclub, following the instructions provided. Orders must be filled in completely and accurately.
4.3. The Customer must add selected Products to the “Cart” and, after reviewing and accepting the applicable delivery fees (if any), may proceed to purchase.
4.4. Should the Customer wish to modify the order or its details, they must follow the modification procedure on the Website. In particular, the Customer may change product quantities, or add or remove items from the Cart.
4.5. Once this operation is completed, the Customer will see an order summary screen including delivery costs and will be asked to confirm the purchase procedure.
4.6. After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired payment method—credit card or PayPal—and submit the order by clicking the appropriate button.
5. Conclusion of the contract
5.1. The publication of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation for the Customer to make a purchase offer. The order sent by the Customer constitutes a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions.
5.2. Each Purchase Contract between Setaclub and the Customer is concluded when Setaclub sends the order confirmation to the Customer’s email address. This confirmation will include an "Order Number," to be used in all future communications with Setaclub. The confirmation will also include all Customer-provided data, which must be verified for accuracy and promptly corrected if necessary. Any additional costs arising from data errors not promptly reported shall be borne solely by the Customer.
5.3. Each order may be viewed by the Customer on the Website in their personal area (if registered) or by contacting Setaclub Customer Service immediately after submitting the order.
5.4. If certain Products are unavailable, the Customer will be notified, and the available items will be shipped accordingly.
5.5. Setaclub reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. The Customer cannot claim any compensation or rights in case of non-acceptance.
5.6. In particular, Setaclub reserves the right to reject purchase proposals or cancel orders lacking sufficient solvency guarantees, or where anomalies are detected in transactions or payment methods.
5.7. The Customer may verify the content of completed Purchase Contracts at any time in their personal area (if registered) or by contacting Setaclub Customer Service.
6. Product prices
All product prices are clearly indicated on the Website and include VAT. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on delivery and payment method, destination, and order total.
7. Invoicing and payment methods
7.1. Setaclub issues electronic invoices upon request, and a copy will be sent by email when the Products are delivered to the courier for shipment. Invoices will be based on the information provided by the Customer. No changes will be possible once the invoice has been issued.
7.2. Payment for purchased Products may be made by credit card or PayPal, as follows:
Credit Cards
For payments, setaclub.it uses the Stripe platform, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express).
Stripe is an external online payment platform that allows payments via debit, prepaid, or credit card, etc. It is a fast and secure solution: payments are processed almost instantly. No Stripe account is required (though recommended): all you need is a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.
Stripe supports 3D Secure for all payments and meets the highest online security standards.
Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 compliant service provider.
A confirmation email from Stripe will be sent for each transaction.
The order amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
Stripe prevents fraudulent activity by detecting suspicious behavior and cooperates with Global Partners Networks and Credit Card Networks to monitor fraud.
The Customer may use their local currency, depending on their bank account’s location.
In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card account.
Setaclub disclaims any liability for disputes related to purchases. All disputes are managed directly by Stripe.

All transactions are processed via secure servers, ensuring maximum data protection.
To ensure additional protection, Setaclub requires 3D secure authentication for all transactions. Services such as Verified By Visa or Mastercard SecureCode require a PIN to confirm the transaction, sent via SMS or the customer’s banking app.

PayPal
PayPal is a fast and secure payment system.
Once the order is completed and PayPal is selected as the payment method, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in using their email and password.
After registration, payments can be made via PayPal without re-entering data for future purchases.
When paying with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects buyer information as no financial data is shared.
8. Delivery methods and costs
8.1. Setaclub offers its Products for online sale within the following EU countries: Italy.
8.2. Setaclub undertakes to deliver the goods to the courier within 48/72 hours of order confirmation and in any case within thirty days. Delivery times vary from 48 hours to 7 working days, depending on destination. Delivery takes place without prior appointment.
8.3. Setaclub shall not be held liable for any delay in order processing or delivery.
8.4. Products are shipped to the postal address specified by the Customer. Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent.
8.5. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered complete when the Product is made available to the Customer at the specified address. In case of absence, the courier will send an email notification and attempt redelivery.
If delivery fails again, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer. If no contact is possible within 10 days, or redelivery fails again, the Products will be returned to Setaclub.
After 30 days, the contract is considered terminated under Article 1456 of the Civil Code, and Setaclub will refund the amount paid minus return and storage costs.
8.6. Termination of the contract and refund details will be communicated via email. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used. If the Customer requests redelivery before 30 days, Setaclub will ship again after charging the related expenses.
8.7. Upon delivery, the Customer must carefully check:
- That the package is not damaged or altered.
- That the number of items matches the delivery note.
8.8. Any damage or discrepancies must be immediately reported to Setaclub through Customer Service.
8.9. In cases of force majeure, transport unavailability, or unforeseeable events causing delivery delays or cost increases, Setaclub reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or split the delivery, notifying the Customer accordingly. The Customer will be entitled only to a refund of any payment made, excluding further claims.
9. Right of withdrawal and its effects
9.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
9.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods.
9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Setaclub (info@setaclub.it) via email.
9.4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the 14-day period expires.
9.5. If the Customer withdraws, all payments will be refunded within 14 days after Setaclub receives the returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be withheld until receipt of goods.
9.6. The Customer must return goods to Setaclub – Setaclub – Gruppo Gani Via Vivaldi 4 22071 Cadorago CO Italy, within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the Customer, who is liable for any diminished value due to improper handling.
9.7. The right of withdrawal lapses if Setaclub determines:
1. Partial use of the item;
2. Missing original packaging;
3. Missing product components;
4. Damage not due to transport.
In such cases, Setaclub will return the item to the sender, charging shipping costs. The value of the order will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs
10. Non-conforming and defective products
10.1. Products comply with national and EU regulations. Images and colors may differ due to local display settings.
10.2. In case of non-conformity or defect, the Customer is entitled to a refund after emailing info@setaclub.it with photos showing the issue.
10.3. Setaclub will then inform the Customer of the refund method, which may also be in the form of discount vouchers exceeding the refund value.
10.4. Setaclub will ship replacement products and collect defective ones.
10.5. Legal warranty provisions under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Part IV, Articles 102–135) remain unaffected.
11. Personal data processing
Customer data are processed by Setaclub in compliance with applicable data protection laws, as described in the "Privacy Policy" section.
12. Communications and complaints
All communications or complaints must be submitted via the tools available on the Website.
13. Intellectual property rights
All trademarks (registered or not), intellectual works, distinctive signs, images, photographs, written or graphic texts, and all other intangible assets protected by intellectual or industrial property laws remain the exclusive property of Setaclub and/or its licensors. Any use, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Setaclub.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
14.1. These General Conditions and all contracts with the Customer are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to EU and international consumer protection regulations.
14.2. For any dispute concerning interpretation or validity, the competent court is that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
Products, services, and promotional samples on the Setaclub website are for personal use only. Online consumers may not sell or resell any received products, services, or samples. Setaclub reserves the right to limit or terminate supply if it believes user behavior violates these Sales Conditions.
